Located on “estate agent row” in Leamington Spa, competition for both sellers and buyers can be fierce - and Connells wanted to develop a digital presence as a way to stand out amongst their competitors and attract more of the market.
What We Did
Objective one: A paid campaign targeting people looking to buy or rent a home around Warwickshire. We ran acquisition, engagement and retargeting campaigns; which worked beautifully.
