Here's what to post this week.
From idea to posted in 20 minutes a day.

JOIN THE DROP
You know you should be posting. You know Instagram works for businesses like yours. But every time you sit down to actually do it, your mind goes blank.
You've got a folder of saved ideas you've never used. You've started captions you've never finished. You've opened the app, stared at it for ten minutes, closed it, and told yourself you'll do it tomorrow.
It's not that you can't create content. It's that nobody's told you what to create TODAY. That's all the Drop does. It answers the question you're asking every single week: "What do I post?"
You're not stuck because you're not creative. You're stuck because you're staring at a blank screen.
the opening line that stops the scroll. Tested, proven, currently working, ready to go.
What to film if you want to turn it into a Reel. Simple enough to shoot on your phone in five minutes.
how to make it yours. Because a florist and a yoga teacher shouldn't be posting the same thing, even if they're using the same hook.
Every Friday morning, you'll get an email from me with 5 fresh content prompts. Each one includes:
That's it. No login. No app. No portal. No 47-module course you'll never finish. Just open your inbox and you know what you're doing this week.
You run a small business and you're doing your own content. Maybe you're a café owner who'd rather be making coffee than making Reels. A photographer who's brilliant behind the camera but freezes in front of it. A coach who knows their stuff but can't figure out how to say it in a caption.
You don't need hand-holding. You don't need a full content system (yet). You just need someone to solve the blank-screen problem so you can actually show up this week.
You want to spend less time thinking about content and more time running your business. Or, honestly, more time not working at all.
You'll love this if...
based on what's actually working on Instagram right now, not recycled ideas from 2022.
tested across industries, written for real businesses, not influencers.
you can film in under 5 minutes — no scripts, no ring lights, no elaborate setups.
so you can see how each prompt could work for you, whatever your industry.
"Just fixing my profile bought in new followers immediately and now I have people in my DMs every week asking to work with me, and I actually like my content. Even if I get busy and drop off a bit, I'm still getting 2 - 3 bookings a week."
I’ve taken courses before and they always left me with more information but still no idea what to actually post. The Edit is completely different.
On Monday I open the weekly kit, write my captions using the framework, and schedule my posts. It takes maybe 30 minutes. The biggest thing though is Katy’s feedback. I sent her a Reel I was nervous about posting and she literally said “tweak this hook, add this line, now post it.”
That Reel brought in three enquiries that week. I finally feel like I have a system instead of just hoping something works.
I always had ideas for content but the writing part would stop me every time. I’d spend 45 minutes staring at a blank caption box.
Now I just use the frameworks from the Edit. It sounds so simple but it changed everything.
I’m posting 3–4 times a week consistently for the first time in two years and my posts actually sound like me.
Any service-based small business. Florists, coaches, designers, therapists, café owners, photographers, personal trainers — if you sell what you know or what you do, these prompts will work. Each one comes with a personalisation tip so you can adapt it to your niche.
Quick questions.
You get the current week's prompts immediately, plus access to the last month's archive so you've got plenty to start with.
That's what the Content Edit is for. Same prompts, plus caption frameworks, filming briefs, Story plans, engagement checklists, and a monthly content review from me personally. Think of the Drop as "what to post" and the Edit as "the whole system." You can upgrade anytime.
The prompts are designed for Instagram (Reels, feed posts, Stories) but the hooks and concepts work across platforms. Plenty of people adapt them for TikTok, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
